Annelies van Keulen (Secretary)
Annelies combines extensive international marketing and sales experience with her work as a holistic counsellor and yoga teacher. After a long career in the consumer goods sector, she now focuses increasingly on personal wellbeing and supporting others. Her empathy, commercial understanding and commitment to women’s empowerment help ensure the Foundation’s initiatives remain compassionate, practical and centred on lasting economic independence.
Karoline Kromkamp (Board Member)
Karoline brings more than 20 years of experience in strategic marketing, business development and the nutrition sector. She works at the intersection of market insight, strategy and communication. Her commercial perspective, structured approach and community involvement help the Foundation build awareness, develop effective partnerships and turn its ambitions into practical action.
Paul Rendek (Chairman)
Paul brings more than 30 years of international experience in strategic planning, organisational leadership and relationship-building. As a co-founder of Dstream Group and former Director of External Relations at the RIPE NCC, he has led complex initiatives across diverse cultures. His expertise in governance, partnerships and community-building helps the Foundation develop responsibly, transparently and with a long-term perspective globally.
Serge Radovcic (Treasurer)
Serge brings extensive experience in international strategy, communications and organisational development. He co-founded the Rwenzori Foundation and helps shape its direction, partnerships and long-term sustainability, working to ensure that its activities create practical and lasting opportunities.
